How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery time is 7 to 14 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking number.
Do you ship all over Greece?
Yes, we ship to all of mainland Greece and the islands. For some remote destinations, delivery time may be slightly longer.
Is shipping free?
Yes, shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum value.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order leaves the warehouse.

How do I know what size I need?
Each product includes a size guide. If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one for greater comfort.
What sizes do you have?
From XS to 5XL, depending on the product. Fashion is for all body types.
How do dresses and sets fit?
Most pieces have a relaxed and comfortable fit. In the description of each product, we mention if the fit is tight or oversized.
What materials are the clothes made of?
We mainly work with linen, cotton and light fabrics. The composition is indicated in the description of each product.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
Is it safe to buy here?
Yes, we use SSL encryption and never store your card details.
Is there a volume discount?
Yes. With 2 products you get -10%, with 3 -15%, with 4 -20% and with 5 or more -25%. The discount is applied automatically in the cart, no code needed.

Can I return a product?
Yes, you have 30 days for returns and they are free. The product must be unworn and with the original tags.
How do I request a size change?
Email us at info.belleandjulia@gmail.com with your order number and the desired size. Exchanges are free.
When do I receive the refund?
Within 5-7 business days after checking the return, to the same payment method.
What do I do if the product arrives defective?
Email us with photos at info.belleandjulia@gmail.com and we will replace it at no cost.
